Revision Request

I'm going to re-tool "magic junction" entirely and make it easier to use in a narrative setting (and easier to keep track of).

Magic Draw
In Mask or Menace, Squall will be able to cast spells depending on his surroundings. His surroundings need to be specifically oriented with the element of the spell he is looking to cast; for example, a lake for a water spell, a windy area for a tornado spell, ect. He needs to be close to the element associated with the spell, and there needs to be a significant amount of it, otherwise he won't be able to cast. Again using water as an example, he can't just pull moisture from the air to cast a water spell; there needs to be some kind of body of water around, at the least a filled kiddie pool, in order for it to be successful.

Available magic, what they do, and where Squall can cast them are as follows:
Firaga
Where: Near things that are... well, on fire; large fires, furnaces, volcanoes, ect.
What: Generates a plume of flame on an enemy.

Thundaga
Where: Best during a thunder storm, but will also work near electronics that output high voltages, like transformers, industrial generators, ect.
What: Calls on a crack of lightning to strike an enemy.

Blizzaga
Where: Anywhere there's a lot of snow and/or ice.
What: Generates a spike of ice that lands on an enemy.

Water
Where: Near a significant body of water.
What: Generates a wave of water to sweep over an enemy.

Tornado
Where: Windy areas; the windier, the better.
What: Generates a funnel of wind, akin to a minor micro-burst twister.

Meteor
Where: Near rocky areas.
What: Drops ten large boulders in a random pattern on enemies.

Curaga
Where: Best near holy areas, like churches. Will also work near hospitals, doctor offices, or any areas that promote healing.
What: Generates a healing light; can mend problems up to and including broken bones.

Meltdown
Where: Places with nuclear activity, like nuclear plants.
What: Blasts opponents with what looks like a red beam of energy, causing damage and weakening an opponent, almost like nuclear poisoning.

Apocalypse
Where: Places where unusual, unnatural activity is occurring or did occur; for example, sites where massive amounts of death, like a crop field killed off by a blight. To use an in game example, this would have also worked in the Heaven Scent clone lab.
What: This generates a massive blast of raw energy that effects a targeted area.

Note: The special skills in Squall's Renzokuken are unaffected by this. The magical energy for those come from within himself, and do not have a location requirement.

Target: male

Status: armed, dangerou

[ Squall paused what he was tapping out, frowning down at his communicator. Anyone from Garden or with some kind of military background would probably respond... maybe. The longer he looked at it, the more he was having doubts, and it drew a sigh out of him. Trying to think of how to say things was a lot harder when he had no idea who he was talking to, not to mention knowing there wasn't really anyone out there he knew. How would Irvine or Zell handle this...? ]

[ ... ]

[ ...yeah, not like that. Squall let out a sigh, deleting what he tapped out and trying again. ]

I need some help with a bounty I took. The target is a male that's been attacking innocent people in the Maurita Falls area, but I can't pin down his attack pattern. Someone that can track him based on a bare minimum clues would be helpful, but I'll work with anyone right now. This man is dangerous; the quicker he's taken down, the better.

[ ...that sounded better; hopefully that would get him a good response. ]
